Returns & Exchanges

At Jones Lake Management, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchases. If you are not happy with your order, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items with original tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization number.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully pack your unworn apparel in its original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals remain intact to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Ship the Parcel

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your portal to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your replacement items within 5-7 business days.
